I have been a virtual assistant for over 10 years and absolutely love my job!!  How many people can say that?  I really enjoy working with my clients and helping them grow their businesses.  I feel that if they succeed, I have succeeded with them. 

I graduated from International Business College, Indianapolis, Indiana, in 19--something or other and have worked as a legal secretary for some major law firms in the United States.  I have also worked as an executive secretary/administrative assistant for the president of a community bank, before deciding to venture into the world of entrepreneurism...and I've never looked back.

Before starting Gulf Coast Office Support in 2002, I owned and operated Creekside Word Processing, another virtual assistant company before virtual assistant was the industry term.  Back then it was office support, secretarial service, typing service, and a few others.  It was really before the explosion of the Internet and the many tools now available that allow virtual assistants to really work virtually.
